I try to understand structures and practices of the scientific community, question them, and study their implications.

Providing research based insights on the roots, determinants and implications of scientific practices and organization, with a focus on research funding, and scientific communication.
How I connect to the D^3 Mission
My ongoing research projects on (1) scientific communication on social media platforms, and (2) the role of research funding systems on the (lack of) diversity in the scientific workforce could foster knowledge intensive organizations' ability to promote (1) societal impact and (2) inclusive scientific environment.
