What I do
I'm a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior (micro) at HBS. I'm working with Amit Goldenberg at D^3 to study emotions in organizations through experimental methods.
What I care about
I'm passionate about emotions in social groups, with a focus on team emotion regulation. I'm broadly interested in the measurement, manipulation, and dynamics of emotions in the digital world.
How I connect to the D^3 Mission
I believe understanding emotions at the collective level can help leaders better interpret, intervene, and utilize groups' emotions, especially in online settings such as social media, online forums, and virtual work teams.
