As a coach and organizational partner I serve D^3's ambitious and bold vision by being a steady force supporting the people that make up the Institute. Contributing to an intentional culture that nurtures creativity, innovation and humanity.
What I care about
I am passionate about people, fascinated by how we grow and change within evolving circumstances, and humbled by the power of our presence in working with others. You can usually find me in the art, poetry, personal development or organizational change sections of the bookstore.
How I connect to the D^3 Mission
I observe people and patterns. Individuals and organizations shape themselves through a collection of practices or habits. By bringing one's attention and intention to those is where change happens.
