What I do

Sharpening my technical and analytical skills, and knowledge of the Social Sciences through doctoral coursework. Researching how large and mature organizations can digitally transform and its effect on business outcomes. Learning how to teach these insights to leaders in the classroom.

What I care about

How can large and mature corporations, often burdened by complex organizational structures, become more digital? Which strategies are more or less successful and why? And more importantly, how can we ensure that with increasing pace of technological change, the very people experiencing and steering the transition are not left behind?

How I connect to the D^3 Mission

Combining knowledge in Sociology, Economics, and Econometrics to advance our understanding around digitization and to enable firms as well as people to thrive on technological change and harvest its benefits.
