What I do
I work with the inimitable team of the Digital Reskilling Lab to research workforce reskilling and upskilling. We study how workers, firms, and governments adapt to the changing needs of an ever-digitalizing workplace.
What I care about
I love exploring the benefits and dangers of modern digital tools to all aspects of our lives - education, healthcare, entertainment, work, and everything in between. Outside of the lab, I'm a washed-up classical guitarist, a speed chess enthusiast (bullet only), and a VR tourist.
How I connect to the D^3 Mission
Before coming to D^3, I worked in education consulting and teaching, and I studied quantitative research methods during my master's program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I apply the data analysis, visualization, and presentation skills from my academic and professional backgrounds daily to answer questions about our digitalizing world.
