I'm an assistant professor at HBS studying how firms and institutions can be more effective in selecting and developing novel and high-impact innovations.
What I care about
I like talking to others about how we can help firms improve their evaluation and selection processes of early-stage, novel ideas by leveraging diversity in perspectives and expertise among humans and AI.
