What I do
I'm an assistant professor at HBS studying how firms and institutions can be more effective in selecting and developing novel and high-impact innovations.
What I care about
I like talking to others about how we can help firms improve their evaluation and selection processes of early-stage, novel ideas by leveraging diversity in perspectives and expertise among humans and AI.
How I connect to the D^3 Mission
I'm excited to bring my background in collaborating with firms to run field experiments on the idea generation and evaluation process to help organizations find more high-impact ideas that will enable them to compete and thrive in the digital world.
