What I do
As a researcher in the Crypto, Fintech, and Web3 Lab, I focus on understanding the dynamics within the cryptocurrency industry, and finding connections between the crypto world and the rest of the economy.
What I care about
The evolution of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) has been fascinating. From the DeFi summer of 2020 to today, innovation is constant. I love discovering new projects, and discussing potential use cases and risks of DeFi.
How I connect to the D^3 Mission
Growing up, I experienced financial inefficiencies everywhere—from simple miscommunications to receiving the wrong change (one time the equivalent of $10) to having a credit card charged an extra 0 at the end. I believe that crypto and blockchains have the potential to solve these inefficiencies, and introduce new financial innovations. Through research, I’d love to raise more awareness of this technology, and its potential use cases and benefits.
