What I do

I am an assistant professor at Harvard Business School's Accounting & Management unit. I research various areas within information economics and corporate taxes. In addition, I teach MBA students financial reporting and control (FRC) course.

What I care about

I am interested in how data, information, financial reporting, and corporate taxes are relevant for private equity/venture capital (PE/VC) investors and entrepreneurs.

How I connect to the D^3 Mission

I would like to focus on how PE/VC investors and entrepreneurs can transform their organizations by adopting digital strategies.
