What I do

I specialize in exploring the transformative power of information. I conduct data-driven empirical research on information generated by users, companies, and AI.

What I care about

I am deeply passionate about how technology transforms people's information consumption patterns. With limited attention from users, how can businesses convey the most important message efficiently?

How I connect to the D^3 Mission

Digital platforms are one of the biggest sources of information transmission. It fosters B2B and B2C connections and the information consumption pattern provides important managerial implications that organizations in the digital world care about. I contribute to Platform Lab’s mission by exploring how product ranks and item ratings affect consumer behavior, how platforms motivate workers, and how ChatGPT influences people’s language.
