It fosters B2B and B2C connections and the information consumption pattern provides important managerial implications that organizations in the digital world care about. I contribute to Platform Lab’s mission by exploring how product ranks and item ratings affect consumer behavior, how platforms motivate workers, and how ChatGPT influences people’s language.
