As a digital strategist, technology educator, and innovation researcher, Douglas
specializes in AI transformation. At D^3, he plays a key role in translating the
Institute’s cutting-edge research into highly actionable design thinking workshops
These interactive sessions enable industry leaders to cut through the typical AI
hype, apply the latest science directly to their work, and co-create a better digital
future.
Douglas has advised executives across various industries including advertising,
agriculture, automotive, consumer packaged goods, energy, fashion, financial
services, healthcare, higher education,media, and telecommunications. His work
has had a global impact with engagements in the U.S. along with Asia, Europe,
and Africa.
He’s also an adjunct lecturer teaching courses on Applied Machine Learning,
Data Strategy, Platform Business Models, Digital Transformation, and Emerging
Technologies at Harvard University, Columbia University, Dartmouth College,
University of California, Irvine, and City College of New York, Lehman College.
Prior to current roles, his career has spanned new product development and
corporate innovation
