Effects of the Coronavirus Pandemic on Scientists’ Research

This project aims to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic and policies such as social distancing are affecting scientists and their research. Using a large-scale survey, we are attempting to identify which types of scientists are more or less affected by the pandemic, and how their research is changing. We hope the results will help inform institutions and policymakers how to best support science during and after this difficult period.
