AI & Future of Business Tech
Improving Decision Making with AI Predictions
Solve your real business challenges with machine learning
Designed for non-technical business practitioners, this workshop aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to deconstruct complex business problems and craft effective AI solutions to address them. Through hands-on activities, participants will learn to build an end-to-end AI proof of concept that considers desirability, feasibility, and viability, the three core building blocks of new product development.
key objectives
Identify which of your problems AI can (and cannot) solve
Gain an intuition around how
AI can help solve prediction challenges. Understand how to break down these challenges into distinct components as part of the decision-making process.
Effectively leverage data to train and improve your model
Define the necessary input data required to solve business problems and how to use data to train AI models effectively. Measure the success of AI solutions and establish feedback loops to continuously improve the model’s performance.
Demonstrate business value and consider the ethics
Factor in the business viability by exploring revenue and costs, and analyzing competition. Explore ethics topics like bias, explainability, and data protection, ensuring responsible and fair AI implementations.
