kind of operating model that digitizes some of the most critical tasks to deliver value. To ensure long-term survival and sustained success, leaders must be proactive in strategically identifying and responding to digital threats. This workshop is specifically designed for strategic decision-makers, providing them with the tools and insights to prevent obsolescence through identification of risks with simulated red teaming exercises.
