1. How much does the Future Proof with AI cost?

Access to Future Proof with AI platform — and its entire suite of artificial intelligence classes, articles, and interviews — is available for a one-time fee of $279, which includes all current and upcoming content until September 28, 2026.


2. How long will I have access to the content?

Your access runs until September 28, 2026. During this period, you’ll have ongoing access to all content, including new releases.

After your access ends, you will keep any digital badges you’ve earned. Be sure to download them before your subscription expires. Once downloaded, badges are yours to share and showcase permanently.

Will there be renewal options?

Yes! Renewal options will be shared before your access period ends.


3. Are the modules live or on-demand?

Future Proof with AI goes beyond traditional courses. Your access includes:

  • On-demand learning modules across three categories — AI Fundamentals, AI + Organization Functions, and AI + Leadership and Management — with badges to earn for each (modules take 1.5 – 3 hours to complete)
  • Live sessions with Harvard faculty and senior executives (exclusive to subscribers)
  • A growing library of curated insight articles and event archives, grounded in research for practical application in business strategy and operations
  • Conversations spotlight insights from interviews, podcasts, and videos featuring HBS professors who are D^3 at Harvard faculty and affiliates. 

4. ​​Are there any live sessions or events?

Most content is asynchronous and on-demand, designed for busy professionals looking for artificial intelligence classes that fit their schedules.

However, subscribers also get access to live, online webinars and conversations with Harvard faculty and industry experts. These sessions will not be publicly available outside of Future Proof with AI.


5. Do I need a technical or coding background?

No technical background required!

Future Proof with AI is designed for professionals across all functions and industries, with a focus on practical, real-world applications of AI.


6. What languages are available?

Our learning modules (Pathways) are available in English and Spanish. Our Perspectives (insights, conversations, events) are available in English.


7. Can I purchase one module like Agentic AI Fundamentals or Actionable AI in Strategy?

No, the purchase of an individual module is not possible at this time. 

When you subscribe, you gain access to all learning modules and additional live and on-demand content until September 28, 2026.


8. Can I share my progress or badges on LinkedIn?

Absolutely! Upon completing each module, you’ll earn a verified digital badge. You’re encouraged to share these on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.


9. I completed the learning modules offering that just concluded; how is this different?

Pathways, our structured learning series, expands on our previous offerings (2 AI Fundamental modules and 6 AI + Organizational Function modules), with 3 AI Fundamental modules, all Organizational Function modules updated with an Agentic and Reasoning Model pathway and a new completion badge to earn in each module, and an all-new Leadership & Management category. New modules and module updates will continue launching across all three categories all year.
We’ve also added Perspectives, our unstructured learning experience featuring live online events, conversations (community podcasts and interviews), and insight articles based on D^3 research. Perspectives offer diverse ways to learn and stay up to date with how D^3 is shaping the future of AI in business and society.
This new learning journey is dynamic, with new Pathways and Perspectives introduced throughout the year!


10. Are there student or institutional discounts?

We’re not currently offering student or staff discounts, but special pricing opportunities are available periodically.

Some learners may also be eligible for departmental training reimbursement; check with your institution.

13. Can I register if I’m outside the U.S.?

Yes! The learning modules are fully on-demand and globally accessible, with participants joining from around the world. In addition to the on-demand content, you’ll also have access to live sessions and events, which are hosted virtually so you can join from anywhere.


14. I had trouble submitting payment. What should I do?

If your payment failed, please try again and be sure to:

  • Enter all billing info accurately with no extra spaces
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different browser or an incognito/private window

15. I’m registered but haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder for a message from learning@d3.email.hbs.edu.

Still nothing? Just email us at d3ie@hbs.edu. We’ll confirm your registration and resend your invitation.


16. My invitation link says it’s expired. What should I do?

Invitation links are time-sensitive. If yours has expired, please email us at d3ie@hbs.edu and we’ll be happy to resend it. We also recommend clearing your browser cache before clicking the new link.


17. How do I log in again after registering?

Go to https://d3.sana.ai and log in using the email you registered with. If you forget your password, click “Forgot password” to reset it.


18. I can’t access a module I already completed. Can I review it again?

Yes! Go to My Library, hover over the module, and click “Revisit”. Then click “Review” on the pathway you’d like to revisit. If you don’t see the option, try expanding your browser window—sometimes the support chat button can block it.
