Partnerships

Are you investing in workforce transformation?

The Digital Reskilling Lab partners with organizations to evaluate, improve, and scale reskilling strategies. If your company is launching or expanding training efforts, we’d love to hear from you.

We help partners understand what works in workforce reskilling—and why. Our collaborations typically focus on:

  • Evaluating Impact
We assess how reskilling programs affect employee outcomes (like retention, mobility, and satisfaction) and firm-level performance (like productivity and technology adoption). We use robust methods including surveys, interviews, and randomized evaluations.
  • Improving Program Design
We help partners identify the right employees to target, choose relevant skills, and structure effective delivery models—whether in-person, digital, individual, or cohort-based.
  • Scaling What Works
Once promising approaches are identified, we support firms in refining and expanding these efforts—while generating insights that can be shared across industries.

What We Look For in a Partner

We collaborate with organizations that can:

  • Share details of existing or planned training/reskilling programs
  • Provide anonymized data on workforce characteristics and outcomes (e.g., job roles, tenure, mobility)
  • Support evaluation by working with us to build surveys, experiments, or structured comparisons
  • Commit to learning what works—and what doesn’t

All projects follow strict confidentiality and data security standards in line with Harvard University protocols.
