Learning Programs
At the Digital Data Design Institute at Harvard, we are committed to providing research-driven insights, accessible to anyone in the world, on using AI and digital technologies to advance business and society.
Emerging from Harvard Business School and founded on the premise that AI technology is only half the answer, and that businesses and individuals must also revamp their processes to harness AI’s potential, D^3 consists of numerous research labs and focuses on five themes: Human-Centered Technology, Emerging AI-based Operating and Business Models, Evolution of Business Technology, Future of Work, and Data, Privacy, Security, and Regulation.
We collaborate with companies globally to explore these topics through applied research partnerships. Before embarking on these collaborations, many of our partner companies participate in workshops to align on common terminology, foundational concepts, and leadership strategies, all essential for initiating a journey of transformation. We are excited to unveil our state-of-the-art transformation workshop series, carefully crafted to provide you with the tools, strategies, and insights needed to lead and prosper in today’s digital era.
70% of digital transformations fail.
Be the 30%.
Because AI
is only half the answer
We understand that digital transformation is challenging — not because of the first word (“digital”), but because of the second one (“transformation”). The magnitude of this change before us is more than just collecting data, developing an algorithm, or adopting a technology platform. It involves fundamentally evolving how you operate as a business. And when it comes down to it, that’s all about people.
In an era defined by rapid technological advancement and unprecedented disruption, we invite you to embark on a transformation journey to tackle the complexity of the present moment and the uncertainty of the future.
Through an innovative immersive approach that merges digital strategy, human-centered design, AI-augmented tools, and the forward-looking insights derived from our lab research, our experts will help you develop the vision, strategic action plans, and proof of concepts that will help your company adapt to this new digital economy.
We look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with you during this unique moment in history.
