Excellent article! You really made it clear that SpaceX is able to drive down costs through its culture of designing through first principles (e.g. designing on-board radio in-house, rather than relying on industry-standard). It seems like SpaceX has been successful largely because of its inspiring CEO, Elon Musk. I doubt many other CEOs could attract talent and sustain this engineer-driven culture. I’m hopeful that they will be able to figure out first-stage rocket recovery. Maybe they should take some notes from Blue Origin (Jeff Bezos’ aerospace company), who seem to be ahead of SpaceX in developing this technology (see: http://bgr.com/2015/12/12/rocket-scientists-cheering-blue-origin/).

Great article! Looks like there is a lot of alignment between the business plan and operating model. I think one of the keys to promoting adoption in digital health is gamification, especially as younger generations that grew up with games grow older and need more healthcare.

Great post! Looks like BioRx clearly creates value for patients with their investment in human capital. I’m interested in seeing whether they’ll be able to capitalize on the big opportunities in digital health with their investments in innovation programs.
