Really interesting business model. Operationally, how do you think they are set up to curate music for consumers in a way that converts them to becoming a subscriber vs. a free user.

Great company choice. This is an example of a company whose business model couldn’t exist without a strong operating model. I would rent clothes from a company only up to the first time they don’t have them available when I need them for an important event. Rent the Runway’s operating model reduces those negative customer experiences.
