In such a closely connected relationship, the potential for conflict is high and can be detrimental to patients, the operating room team and to the physicians themselves in terms of workplace stress.\u00a0 We are interested in understanding if anyone has taken interventions to manage or prevent this type of conflict at a corporate level (eg not individuals).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Supporting the Anesthetist &amp;
