Failure to recruit the \u2018right\u2019 candidate can not only be a drain on managerial capacity (fixing the problem which you implemented) but can be a huge impact the performance of the exiting team. Possibly destroying a positive team culture.<\/p>\n<p>During the \u2018Rebel Talent\u2019 session, there was a quick mention on \u2018hiring \/ screening candidates for <strong>curiosity<\/strong>\u00a0over traditional measures\u2019. I found this point really thought-provoking but would be interested in how one would practically apply this? \u00a0I would be keen to find out if the group has any experience on this point and how they have added \u2018hiring for curiosity\u2019 into their recruitment process?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Is the hunt for &#039;curiosity&#039; value adding in driving team \/ organizational performance?
