Experience.)<\/p>\n<p>The bottom line is you\u2019re sweatin\u2019 bullets in the Hot Seat, the class debates are engaging, the material is challenging, you are 100% \u201con the record\u201d for what \/>\nWhat if students could get more out of their education investment?<br \/>\nWhat if everyone could experience something as equally enriching as the Live style=\"font-weight: 400\">every<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> class, and calling it, \u201c<strong>OVERTIME<\/strong>\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">And unlike the Live Sessions and Peer Learning, it\u2019s <\/span><b>NOT<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> recorded.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>OVERTIME<\/strong> has been held after every one of Todd\u2019s Live Sessions since April 2020.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">63% of Todd\u2019s HBAP Professors have come to an <strong>OVERTIME, <\/strong>or hung out after the Live Session.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On average, 38% of the students in each class joins <strong>OVERTIME<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The average <strong>OVERTIME<\/strong> runs for 90 minutes after class.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Coming to <strong>OVERTIME<\/strong> costs just a little bit of your time\u2026 and the payoff is <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">massive<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" #surveyresponse<\/p>\n<p>We believe that this experience has led to a greater connection to the program and to our fellow students, manifesting in ongoing discussions of class topics, real world startups, and job opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>On a scale from 1-10, with a 10 being the highest, how important is your Personal Network to your future Career?<br \/>\nNow ask yourself, why didn\u2019t you pick a lower number?<\/p>\n<p>I believe the answer is because there is a <em>high likelihood<\/em> that your next job is going to come from someone that you already know.<br \/>\nSo, if you want to <em>level up<\/em>, then it\u2019s absolutely vital that you know <em>them<\/em>, and they know <em>you<\/em>.\u00a0 It&#8217;s those <em>connections<\/em> that are born in <strong>OVERTIME<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Now, today we\u2019re \u201cstudent organized\u201d. (I don\u2019t know who these people are.)<br \/>\nHBAP\u2502<strong>REVIEW<\/strong>: A new experiment that Pam Groen came up with is to host a formal 8+ week HBAP | <strong>REVIEW<\/strong> workshop where Alumni will meet weekly to review and reinforce the Key Concepts of the entire HBAP curriculum. The first HBAP | <strong>REVIEW<\/strong> Workshop will begin in January, and if we are successful, we will work to make this a regular part of HBAP.<br \/>\nHBAP | <strong>360 FEEDBACK<\/strong>: How can we help ourselves become the best people we can be? Throughout the process of hosting <strong>OVERTIME<\/strong>, I\u2019ve learned about myself and things I want to work on to become the best leader I can be. We think we can scale this in a way that\u2019s positive, self-initiated, and optional, for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re also looking to host <strong>OVERTIME<\/strong> after every Webinar, Workshop, Tech Talk, &amp; Forum. Many students in the earlier cohorts were well-established in the pre-<strong>OVERTIME<\/strong> culture and were not accustomed to sticking around or socializing after the Live Sessions ended.<\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of each Term, there were only a few students attending each class who had ever heard of <strong>OVERTIME<\/strong>.
