With the COVID-19 and likely economic downturn and tax revenue decrease in 2021, I started to wonder if public library operation will face significant operational challenges, especially possible long wait for children print books. I hope to see no significant causality here but with the assumption of possible library operational challenges, the idea of creating a book wishlist app is explored. Providing solution platform for library operational enhancement under financial and sustainability constraints is my objective.
