Hey Stacy,
Nice job!
Definitely a future requirement eventually with TeleMed.v/r

Hi Suresh,
I checked out Freelancer.com, and the supply side is very similar. Company A will post a project. The critical difference is the responses come from Company B and not a 1099 employee.
Keep the comments coming!
Thx,
Ken
Hi Suresh,
Thanks for the comment.
It is a little different from Freelancer.com.
There is no competitive bidding, and the home company does not get the information on the Company B project. True, the employee can describe it, but the agreements will attempt to stop the leakage. From a legal perspective, the IP stays with the end client. Clearly a few more details to flesh out, but we are well on our way!
Thanks, Yolande
Hi Jeremy,
Great questions. Below are the initial thoughts.1) Company A’s player would have to finish the term of the contract. Company B would then go to the bench to get another resource from Company C.
2) Yes, Exactly the point of the Bench in Phase 2. Usually, labor can not be deducted per IRS Publication 526, but the bench creates an interesting scenario. One of the phase 2 steps is enabling this aspect of the bench and consulting with a tax attorney/expert.
Great points. Keep the comments coming!
Great concept, Todd and Scotty.
A consideration is integrating the existing systems, like Frontpoint, into your platform. That way, you have a migration path from other sensors platforms.
Great stuff Todd.
Idle = Bad times
Variability = Bad times
Variable Lead Times = Very bad times.
It was a pleasure to work with Todd and Alex!
I will also reciprocate with all comments on your posting for the immersion pitch submission.
