How Cyberspace is Transforming International Security

Unlike other national security issues, the expertise of cyberspace resides predominately in the private sector with companies like Microsoft, Apple, or McAfee rather than within the federal government. As the threat of cyberattacks grow, governments must begin to develop international norms for how to be a responsible actor in cyberspace. Moving forward, cybersecurity should be a priority for the private and public sector and individuals alike.
