Our collaborations typically focus on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluating Impact<br>We assess how reskilling programs affect employee outcomes (like retention, mobility, and satisfaction) and firm-level performance (like productivity and technology adoption).
