Our research is organized around three core questions that guide our studies across firms, sectors, and geographies. Through data-driven partnerships, we aim to generate practical insights that help organizations build stronger, more adaptable workforces.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do organizations and workers adapt to new technologies?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As technologies like AI and automation reshape work, firms and workers must adapt. We study how digital tools are integrated into workflows, how roles and tasks evolve, and what enables successful human\u2013machine collaboration. We investigate why\u2014whether due to poor targeting, limited relevance to day-to-day tasks, or weak organizational support. We explore how firms can identify the right employees to target, select relevant content, and structure delivery\u2014whether in-person or digital, individual or cohort-based. We also measure the long-term effects of reskilling on retention, mobility, and productivity, and assess when reskilling offers greater returns than external hiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
